• Order information: the public social media links (e.g. profile, post, or channel URLs) you submit for services, quantity ordered, service selected, and order history.
• Payment and wallet information: deposit amounts, wallet balance, transaction history, crypto wallet addresses used for deposits, and payment gateway references (Cryptomus, Heleket, and similar providers).
• SMS & virtual number activity: country and service selected for activations or rentals, activation IDs, and the temporary phone numbers assigned to you (we do not read the content of SMS beyond delivering the verification code back to you).
• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, session tokens, API keys you generate, and logs of API usage.
• Communications: messages you send us through support tickets, email, or chat.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and wallet.
• Forward your SMM orders to upstream service providers so they can be fulfilled.
• Track order status, deliver services, and process automatic refunds to your wallet when an upstream provider cancels, fails, or only partially completes an order.
• Process deposits, purchases, refunds, and other wallet transactions.
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and violations of our Terms & Conditions.
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and user experience.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only where required to run the service:

• Upstream SMM providers: the service ID, quantity, and target link you submit are forwarded to the provider that fulfills the order. We do not share your email, password, or wallet balance with them.
• Payment processors: Cryptomus, Heleket, and other gateways receive the deposit amount and a reference ID so they can confirm payment. They handle payment data under their own privacy policies.
• SMS/number partners: country and service selection are shared with the SMS provider so they can allocate a number to you.
• Legal & safety: we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Smmleet, our users, or third parties.

4. Wallet, Orders & Refunds

When you place an order, the cost is deducted from your Smmleet wallet at the time of purchase. Order status is synced from the upstream provider on a regular schedule and whenever you refresh the order page. If an upstream provider marks your order as canceled, refunded, or failed, we automatically credit the corresponding amount back to your wallet balance. For partial deliveries, we credit a pro-rated refund for the undelivered portion. All wallet movements are recorded as transactions you can review in your account.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, isolated server environments, and access controls. Payment traffic is handled by PCI-compliant gateways. No online service is 100% secure, so you also share responsibility for protecting your login credentials and API keys.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and prevent abuse. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may limit certain features.
